Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions are provided for your guidance and do not affect your statutory rights under English law.

  1. Ordering Process
    When you have "Added to basket" all the CDs you wish to order, click the "Secure Checkout" button to reach PMA's secure area at the PayPal website. If you do not have a PayPal account, click the appropriate button and complete the "Dispatching Information" form, remembering to select the County.
    Then click the "Continue Checkout" button, enter your card type and number and correct the cardholder name if necessary. Enter the billing address (appropriate to the cardhholder) and your e-mail and telephone number.
    Enter the verification code "Security Measure" and continue checkout. Then confirm you wish to pay the amount stated.

  2. Liability
    The entire financial transaction takes place under the control of PayPal who are the market leaders in providing secure online systems. In the unlikely event of any defect, shortcoming or fraud concerning PayPal's processing of your payment, the Plymouth Music Accord can accept no liability beyond the value of the CDs ordered.

  3. Confirmation
    You will receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming your transaction.

  4. Prices
    CD prices shown on the website are valid for a minimum period of 7 days and include postage and packing charges for delivery within the UK

  5. Delivery
    Your CDs will be sent via Royal Mail and should be delivered within 7 days of your order being placed. We accept orders only for delivery within the UK.

  6. Returns
    You have the right to cancel your order or return your purchase within 7 days of order or receipt of goods. We will make a full refund, but unless goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty we will require you to pay the delivery charge and cost of return postage.
    CDs must be returned in the original packing, unused and with the shrink wrapping intact.
    If you receive items which are faulty, damaged or otherwise incorrect through our error, please notify us immediately and return them to us with full details of fault, order date and invoice: please specify whether you require a refund or replacement item. Where a refund is requested we will refund the full purchase price of the product within 30 days of your notification.
